Terms of Service

Welcome to Tune Wagon. By booking a service, submitting a form, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.



1. Services Provided


Tune Wagon provides pickup and delivery services for ski and bicycle tuning. Tuning work is performed either by Tune Wagon or by trusted third-party professional service partners.

Service availability, pricing, and turnaround times may vary based on location, season, and workload.

2. Booking & Scheduling

  • All services must be booked in advance through our website or approved booking method.
  • Requested pickup and delivery times are not guaranteed and may change due to weather, traffic, shop capacity, or other operational factors.
  • We will communicate any scheduling changes as soon as possible.

3. Customer Responsibilities


By booking a service, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the equipment or authorized to request service.
  • Equipment is safe to transport and free from hazardous materials.
  • You disclose any known damage, mechanical issues, or prior repairs before service.

Tune Wagon is not responsible for issues caused by undisclosed pre-existing damage.

4. Equipment Condition & Risk

  • Tune Wagon is not responsible for manufacturer defects, normal wear and tear, or failures caused by prior damage or misuse.
  • Ski and bike tuning involves inherent risks. No tuning service can eliminate all risks associated with equipment use.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their equipment is properly adjusted and appropriate for their ability level and conditions.

5. Pickup, Transport & Delivery

  • Equipment is transported with care, but minor cosmetic wear may occur during normal handling.
  • Tune Wagon is not responsible for damage resulting from hidden structural defects or prior repairs.
  • Customers must ensure equipment is accessible at the scheduled pickup time.

6. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • Payments are securely processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).

Tune Wagon does not store full payment card information.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Third-Party Service Partners


Some services may be performed by independent professional tuning shops. Tune Wagon is not responsible for the independent actions, policies, or warranties of third-party service providers.

9. Limitation of Liability


To the fullest extent permitted by law:
  • Tune Wagon shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Website Use


You agree not to misuse our website, submit false information, or attempt to interfere with site functionality or security.

11. Privacy


Your use of Tune Wagon is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

12. Changes to These Terms


Tune Wagon may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

13. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.
