The time it takes to tune your gear depends on the workload at the shop where your equipment is being serviced. Generally, it will take 2–4 days after pickup for your gear to be tuned. You can always check the current turnaround time at the top of the page.          

Once your equipment has been tuned, you will receive an email with images of your equipment and a link to schedule your return. Our goal is to return your equipment within 24 hours of your tune being completed.
